FAQ: I just logged into the 'Patient App' and the tablet is acting as an Electric Receptionist (for example) or acting as a Client/Patient device belonging to a previous clinic I had set up, not as Client/Patient device for my new clinic. What should I do?
Answer: Go to the Internet browser on that tablet (eg, Chrome, etc) and clear the history and cookies. Now when you log into the 'Patient App' you will be asked for a password login to determine what clinic or business the device should be communicating with, and you will be asked what type of device you want the tablet to behave as, and choose a normal Client/Patient Device. The next times you log into the Patient App that device will automatically act as an 'Client/Patient device' for your business or clinic.
